I am looking for people to go to estimates and close projects in Illinois , want to pay based on profits from the job around 10 -12 percent from the contract price on average. and weekly if there are slower weeks of flat fee 400 per week . I am having trouble fining anybody with experience I tried to train brand new people but that didn't work out too well. Please advise .
