I have been dating this really nice gal for about a year and a half now and I can see us having a future together. The problem is, she and I do not think that her divorce was ever finalized. She has a daughter and this makes things a lot more complicated because the father is still very much in the picture. In fact, he lives across the street. I just want to make sure that if and when I do pop the question that there is nothing legal holding us up. So, can anyone tell me where I can find court divorce records to check to see if her divorce ever really went through?
