I do not want to spend a lot of money on ballroom apparel. I need two dresses/skirts for smooth (waltz and fox trot) and two for rhythm (club swing and rumba). Is there any good stores near Charlotte, NC to get apparel? Or even in the mall to find something similar to ballroom dance costumes?
