Where to find a 'Dancing With the Stars' posture bar?

It was Michael Bolton, I think, that was threaded through a contraption called a 'posture bar'. It is basically a yolk type bar that goes over the back of the neck and the arms go up and over the top of it and it makes you stand up straight.

So, is there a correct name for this torture device? (Because when I put it in a search engine...I get S&M products.) And where the hell can I find one?
