Where to download free iphone 4 apps?

im getting an iphone 4 and i would like to know where to get the FREE apps from
i want stuff like facebook and a few games, and maybe a few other apps like that talking cat thing.
wheres the best place to go for easy and fast app downloads

and could you also add in HOW to download the FREE ones and put them on the iphone 4
