My camcorder was built by Panasonic Shikoku in Indonesia. I bought it in France. I cannot watch my photos or videos on my computer because Windows Vista does not recognize the camcorder. I have been visiting the Panasonic web pages for this kind of support, but it seems they are only dedicated to selling their products.
