where to complain i received a T4 but not get paid?

I got hired from a company and started to work for only 2 days and I quit. But I did not received a pay check from them since then.To my surprise I received a T4 from them and that really pissed me off. I am going to call the company but I also wanted to find out if there is a way where I can complain this crap. Thanks a lot for any help
