Where to chat with women online?

I am looking to talk to women online, I have tried a couple of sites, but they are generally co-ed sites and more often than not the women haven't been very nice. I don't do the facebook or twitter, that is not really for me, but I am looking for a good free site to chat with women that are there to chat with women? Any suggestions?
