ok so i desperately need a car to get to school this term. i am willing to pay up to 3,500 but the thing is i only have ROUGHLY 500 in cash. is there anyway i could use a credit card at a used car lot? also, how dependable are cars from used car lots versus lemon lots on military bases? what can i expect at a used car lot? thank you!
