Where to buy pumice for gardening?

I asked this question yesterday, but just got websites as answers - I'd prefer to buy from a STORE, and not a website. Please don't answer with websites :) Thanks

Does anyone know where you can buy pumice for gardening?

I am wanting it to mix with potting soil for my cactus and succulent plants. I've tried Home Depot and Lowes and didn't find it there.
