I have $1000 - $3000 to spend on a used/CPO car. This is my first time buying a car so I am having a tough time trying to find a LEGIT one. I almost got scammed $2,000 on craigslist until I checked yahoo answers and found someone who had a similar scam happen to them. Anyone got any suggestions on a site or somewhere I can find legit sellers? I dont know much about car repairs and testing either but I am trying to find like Acura / Nissan TL / Honda prelude / cars similiar. Also if you have any tips to avoid problems let me know
