Where to buy bicycle parts?

I bought a 2008 Gt Outpost Disc, I'd like the change the front brake pads, because in my previous question, i learned that i think the pads must have got some lube or something on them from the previous owner and now they dont grab quite as hard as I'd like them to. I'm having a hard time finding the pads online. The brakes are PROMAX brand, the front disc/rotor says 160.. I assume that means 160mm in size. Does anyone have any idea where i can buy the brake pads?
