Where to buy a good bike?

I live in the dallas texas area and want to know about where to get a bike.You know , like which stores are good.I am 13 and short.
Oh I FORGOT TO MENTION I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT BIKES. I would like a bike to just ride around the neighborhood.
