There are some rebuilders out there that have them . Do you have one now or did it come without engine ? Makes a difference on whether you need pulleys and brackets . If so , check out salvage yards . Also check local car clubs . They usually know .
I think the chances are slim to none in finding that 223 cid 6 cyl engine that was in the 1960 F-100 because production of that engine ended in 1964. It was not a very strong engine anyway. But you should have little problem finding the 240 cid 6 cyl and the 300 cid 6 cyl engines which replaced the 223 engine. Production of the 240 cid 6 cyl began in 1965 and ended in 1977 and production of the 300 cid 6 cyl (the 240 with a longer stroke) began in 1965 and ended in 1996.
