Where the hell is the wrench icon on google chrome??????????????

I'm using a macbook and I need to find the wrench icon to fix my toolbar. But the only problem is that It's not in the top right hand corner and I'm starting to get very freaking frustrated!
SOMEBODY HELP ME BEFORE I BREAK SOMETHING
