Where the hell are you supposed to get metalic looking nail polish?

I've been to chemists, priceline, everywhere I can think that will sell nail polish and it is nowhere to be seen! Also I have some of those cheap rings where the paint chips off a bit but they would look nice apart from that. If I just had that colour nail polish I could easily fix them all up.
