I just started ab lounge exercises and was wondering where does it suppose to feel after using it?
For me when im sitting I can feel it on my abs but when I stand I can feel it where the thighs and hips are connected.
Am I doing it wrong or what Oo?
I just need to know so I wont continue doing it the wrong way for a long time
