I want to learn how make make songs, record sounds, edit audio, etc. as one of my new hobbies. I just need some filler information and maybe some tips if you have any.
I HAVE done some research and I am guessing for the things I want to do I need an audio creation program (like FL Studio) and an audio editor (Like Adobe Audition), right? There are alternatives like audacity, etc, etc, etc.
Once I get all the basics down and am ready, what should I use for professional music and audio? Pro Tools? Cubase? Audition? I wanna' know just in case I get that far.
