Where should I go to school to become a publicist?

What colleges offer degrees for publicity and what kind of degrees should I be looking out for?

Also--would New York City or Los Angeles be a better place to work as a publicist?
 
Ohio University offers a public relations degree from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. It's one of the top schools in the country
