Where should I buy dancin' clothes?

So I have this friend that's going to U.S as support staff on CHB summer camp, I think it's located on NY and I want to send her some money so she can buy me dance clothing I'm a male ballet dancer. Where should she go to buy some nice and not that expensive clothes? Please send me some addresses or web pages so I can check them up.. THANKS!

P.S: also how much should I send her?
