Where is there a nice place to eat outdoors at night somewhere in NYC?

My girlfriend and I are going to meet in NYC, pick up some food at a place that I don't particularly like eating at (but love the food), and we want to go somewhere nice to eat that's outdoors (maybe around sunset time). Where would be a good place?
