Where is the turn signal flasher on a 1993 Dodge Spirit?

The flasher for the 4-ways is left of the fuses. Is the turn signal flasher the same type as the 4-way flasher? Thanks.
The turn signal don't work. The bulbs all work with the 4-way flashers & brake & parking & tail lights. Where did Chrysler physically place the round two prong flasher?
