Where is the starter relay located on a 1993 toyota previa van?

My car hasnt been starting recently, it just clicks once. The other day when it did this I put it in neutral and rolled down the hill about 40 feet and straightened my wheel and it worked fine, that isnt working today.

The battery is fine and the fuel pump works. The leads on the battery have been replaced and I worry its my starter because I don't have a job and I'm looking for one but I usually do deliveries.

Ne way does anyone know where the starter relay is?
The only fuses i find under the hood are next to the battery and there is one labeled engine, and another for my alternator and then a 20 for something. IDK where the rest are.
 
theyre most likely under the hood in the fuse box..the relays are labled on the cover on the fuse box and theyre the big black squares...this is usually the case...you'll need a checker of some sort because u wont be able to see if theyre blown unless you crack them open and check if the coil is busted.
