Where is the scan port on a 91 Buick Lesabre?

Is this a mass air engine?
It doesn't have an OBD II port but it does according to Mitchell, have a scan port unfortunately it doesn't say where.
 
It probably doesn't have a standard OBD II port. They weren't standardized and required until the mid 90's.
