Where is the RED water damage indicator located on a Motorola Razor?

I know, OLD cellphone, but I have to know this because my neighbor spilled water over the phone this afternoon. We opened the back and realized there was a RED sticker (dot shaped). I don't know it the red dot is a water damage indicator or just a red sticker? lol

PLEASE HELP!

Also, if it is water damage, can I try drying the phone off with a hair dryer?
