Where is the power distribution center on a 1990 Jeep Wrangler?

I have an aftermarket steering wheel on my Jeep but I need to find the wire that used to be connected to the horn (I didnt put the wheel on). Ive figured out where it comes out of in the power distribution center but I can seem to find it on the Jeep.
It is not the fuse box, there is the fuse box then a separate power distribution center somewhere
 
your fuse panel is under the dash on the drivers side. I have an 89 wrangler. your computer test connection is in the engine compartment I believe near the battery as I recall. you do know the horn only uses 1 wire and its a posative wire the housing grounds it. the horn used a ring that was suspended as the contact on mine. my model was one of those fancy models with carpets, cloth seats and padded carpetted doors all look nasty after muddin though!
