where is the pokemon move surf in pokemon Diamond and perl Diamond version?

ok i cant get anney where! i also need a move go up the moutans w/ the footprints and the move 2 move rocks and NOT rock smash.

Hm surf is in the celestic town shrine

you get surf from a trainer on route 224

 

[Dragon L]

You get it from the Pokemon gym in Heart Home. The moves strengh and Rock Climb are at, Canalave and I think Rock Climb is after the Veilstone
