where is the on/off fuel pump switch in a 1996 Chevy?

1996 chevy 1500 5.0 V8

i heard its behind the glove box, but where?

fuel pump replaced not to long ago,
as with filter,
replaced relay today
still not getting gas

what else could it be?
 
FUSE! Now is there electricity getting to the pump?
There is no on/off switch installed at the factory. No roll over switch!
Unless you installed your self.GM uses a [MAP] sensor to shut down the pump when there is an absent of vacuum in the induction system. But the 'RUN" program of the computer should provide the initial pressure to start!
