Where is the Oil filter on a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus, and what will i need to remove it?

Is there a chance i can twist the Oil Filter off by hand? or do i NEED to buy a Wrench? I s it an Engine i can just reach my hand down and Twist it, or will it be harder to take off than that? And what size is the Drain Plug on the Oil Pan?

drain plug should take a 1/2 in or 9/16 wrench and as far a oil filter you might be able to twist off by hand, if not you can get a screw driver and a hammer and hammer the screw driver in the middle of the filter this will then you can turn the screw driver this will loosen it up and when you put the new one on you just need it to be hand tight
