Where is the Magneto on a 97 Suzuki VS1400?

I have a Suzuki VS1400 Intruder that the Battery keeps dying. I believe the Magneto is bad and want to replace it, but I dont know wher to look for it and cant seem to find anything on the Web.

Also, any tips you can give on replacing it would be AWESOME...
