Kung Fu sword form? I practice Han Ching Tan lineage of Long Fist and out of the sword forms, the middle Kun Wu Jian has been my favorite for its flowing movements and fast attacks. They say this form is derived from the sword arts of the Kun Wu mountain, but where is this mountain? I've heard of Mount Wudang, famous for their swordsmanship, but where the heck is Kun Wu???
