When I bought my car a couple years ago it was under 50,000 miles and I didn't get an owner's manual. Well I plugged my car into this plug that was located under the license plate on the front of the car and the next morning my car was dead. I don't know if I did it wrong or if this wasn't even the heater block. Does anyone know where the heater block is located on a Mercury Sable? I am unable to start my car because it is way to cold and need to get it started because I cannot find anyone home to give me a jump.
Also the plug in that was installed in my car was installed by the manufacturer.
