Where is the ground wire on a 2004 Ford Escape?

I recently had the Battery and Alternator tested, which turned out fine, Now I'm told that it could be a possible ground wire because my head lights have been dimming out and the battery light has been flickering on the instrument Panel. My question is, Where is the ground wire on a side mount 2004 Ford Escape. please help...
