Where is the green silk dress from on the 2011 Sharps flying clothes advert?

It's the 2nd actress with blonde hair, that walks into the bedroom in the lovely silky green dress, that looks at her red shoes and they fly into the cuboard...
I need to know where I can get it from!! My Mummy really wants one! :)
