where is the fuse box located in a 2003 dodge ram 1500?

I know the one under the hood, but i heard there is another one located inside the cab. Has anyone found it yet? is it hidden? how do you get to it?

i shorted my passenger side parking lamp lead and now there is no power going throw it so i am hoping a fuse just blew for the passenger side exterior lights because all my driver side lights work perfect.
