Where is the fuel shut-off point on a '98 Ford Focus Zetec?

My little car refuses to start sometimes, and the RAC man tells me its my immobilizer. There is a notice in the car telling me there is a fuel shut-off switch, and to refer to the owners manual on where it is and how to reset it, but since I didn't get an owners manual with the car, and cant seem to find one online for any zetec pre-'00 I need help!
 
if your looking towards the bumper, go to the left side underneath the vehicle and follow the gas line from the gas tank and its a little plug you can disconnect its about a foot or two from the tank.
