where is the fuel pressure regulator on a 2000 toyota corolla?

I am trying to trouble shoot a problem with my 2000 Toyota Corolla. I replaced sparkplugs, all fuel injecters and inginiton coils plus vacuum sensor. The vehicle was running like crap until I did all this. I cleared the codes and made sure the check engine light stayed off and it ran great although the check engine light did come back on after a while, but it ran like new for about 5 to 6 months, now it is saying it is running lean in 1st cylinder and it is running the same way as before. I took it to the mechanic and he said it was the ignition coil, so he cleared it out and replaced the coil and it ran good for about a day or two then I put a new fuel pump in it and it runs even worse. What do you think it could be. If anyone has any ideas I would like to know.
