where is the fuel filter located on a 1990 toyota celica?

I know it's under the hood, but where, you know beside what, between what, under what?
 
I'm not sure it's under the hood , it may be in the gas tank it's self where the sending unit picks up the gas call autozone or any parts store they will tell you , if they tell u it is under the hood then just trace back the fuel lines from the injectors
