where is the fuel filter located in a 1996 mazda mx3 precidia?

my car broke today and when i called a truck to come pick it up and the truck driver asked what was wrong with it and i told him im not sure so he starts it up and says it might be the fuel filter that got clogged so now i wanna check that out but im not sure where the fuel filter would be located

so if anyone knows where the fuel filter is located in a 1996 mazda mx3 plz let me know
