Where is the Fuel Filter in a 1996 Chrysler Sebring JXI 2.5l?

...I need to replace it, but I can't locate the original! Is it above, below, or in the fuel tank?

It is above the fuel tank on the back side. Closer to the rear bumper. It is bolted to the gas tank strap on the drivers side. You do not need to drop the tank to get to it, Just the one 13mm bolt on the one strap. Squeeze the quick disconnect clips to release them and the filter will come right off.
