I was driving at 60 kmph and then to change the lane I drove to the left lane. This time I was having almost 65 - 68 kmph (in any case less than 70 kmph). Then I suddenly saw a flash light coming from the lower part (around bumper) of rear of the vehicle and incidentally it was a police van with speed camera. Now my questions are - a. do you guys think I got caught on the camera, if so how much will be the fine (money and point) and - b is the flash which I observed was correct, i.e. does the flash located at this place or any other place?
