Where is the ecm located in 2006 chrysler pacifica?

my chrysler pacifia 2006 turns off when im at a stand still all inside dash lights go on and head lights are flickering.I took it to a shop and they said it was showing that the ecm was causing the problem.i did drive over a puddle of water that's when it all started. where is the ecm located so i can take off.please help.
