Where is the drain plug for the radiator of 1997 chrysler jxi convertible located?

Can't seem to find any answers for this question! We have looked and looked and can't seem to find it. We are trying to flush the radiator so we can't necessarily just use a hose. (or can we?) Any mechanics out there please help! Thanks
Still Can't seem to find it there...does anyone have a website that has a diagram maybe?
