site with user profile page? Is there a good freelancer site, job auction site, or a great referral that will offer PHP development for really cheap prices. I've looked on getafreelancer.com, guru.com, and a few others. What do u suggest to help me create a basic informative site into a more personal site with login, profiles, and other user generated content. Please help computer experts!

However, remember that the cheapest services does not guarantee good quality, so beware.
