I live oversears but my brother is in the US at the moment and is going to hopefully get me an iPhone while he's there. Obviously I'm going to need to get one without a plan, so I was wondering where the cheapest place is? I don't really care for getting the new iPhone 4 (pricey!), So I'm really just after a 3G or 3GS (smallest gb possible).
