Where is the cheapest place in Panama City, Panama to rent a car?

Hi, I'm spending the month of January in Panama this year. We are looking for a car rental for one month, can someone tell me where I can rent one at the best price? We would prefer pickup at the Toucumen Airport if possible, but if we have to take a cab to another place in Panama City, that is ok if it means getting a Good Deal! Thanks.
