Where is the carburetor tank in my Cadillac cts 2006?

got this car lately and was wondering where is the carburetor tank, ???

Top Right: Coolant Reservoir : Does that means i have to fill it with some sort of liquid, and what is this liquid and how often should i do't ... SOrry new to cars :(
