Where is the blower motor on 1995 jeep wrangler?

I just had a new alternator put on my jeep. Now my heater blower does not work. I feel the heat, just not blowing. Every time I put a fuse in, it blows. Is the blower motor bad or the switch?
Most importantly, where IS the blower motor located?
