...Comm etc.) in the Philippines? I'm a South Australian Matriculation student intending to further my undergraduate study in the Philippines because it's a much cheaper but promising route.
As I've seen from wiki Manila city is sometimes troubled by floods but I'm thinking of going to De La Salle in the city, if not, University of Phil.
I've also came across a filipino girl who's now working for a fashion mag, she completed her tertiary education at Baguio and that sounds like a good place to me because it has a much cooler weather.
Can anyone do some comparison between these two cities and their universities for me?
Which uni is said be the best place to study comm?
Plus, how's the public order over there? Are girls being treated with respect in most of the places?
