where is the best place that i can get my 1999 chrysler sebring lxi looked at

without paying alot of money? for example a really good engine check and trasmission fluid
 
Look through your local phone book, call all the shops and ask what their shop rate is. Also, ask how long their mechanics have been certified.
(I.E. a certified mechanic is worth more than a wrench-turner)

A slightly higher shop rate can be worth it, IF the mechanic is certified and familiar with your model
